Family and friends will always be connected to loved ones/residents:

SentiCare recognise isolation and loneliness from family is paramount with loved ones in their own homes, as a result, SentiCare staff are committed to ensuring every resident’s emotional well-being by scheduling, managing and co-ordinating regular face-to-face or “tele-visits” with family members and friends.

We also maintain regular contact with every loved one/resident to ensure ongoing relationships with our sentinels.
